Strategic Financial Group (SFG) is expanding our team and seeking an entrepreneurial individual to join us as a Junior Financial Advisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a long‑term career in financial services through hands‑on mentorship, meaningful client exposure, and increasing autonomy as you go.

As a Junior Financial Advisor, you’ll work closely with experienced advisors, clients, and leadership while developing the skills needed to grow into a trusted financial advisor. You’ll gain early client exposure, structured training, and a clear path toward building your own practice over time.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Development: build and maintain meaningful client relationships based on trust and personalized guidance.
- Financial Guidance & Strategy: partner with clients to create strategies that align with their goals and values.
- Entrepreneurship: grow your own practice with mentorship, training, and entrepreneurial support.
- Team‑based Approach: collaborate with advisors and teammates to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Trend Research: stay current on financial trends and strategies to provide informed advice.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. - Licensing: willingness to obtain State Life & Health, FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 (sponsorship provided).
- Personal Attributes: motivated, values‑driven, curious, and coachable.
- Communication
Skills:
comfortable connecting with clients and teammates, building relationships, and expressing ideas clearly. - Mindset: entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited about helping others achieve their goals.

enjoys learning from others, working with experienced advisors, and contributing to supportive team culture. - Technological
Skills:
comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn financial software. - Work Authorization: must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
