Treasury Manager

Partnership Employment is partnered with a well positioned oil and gas focused organization in Houston that is looking to hire a Treasury Manager to lead liquidity, credit, and risk management activities.

This role reports directly to senior finance leadership and offers real visibility with executive stakeholders.

It’s a strong opportunity for either:

• An experienced Treasury Manager who wants broader ownership
• A high caliber Senior Treasury Analyst ready to step into a leadership track role

This is not a back office maintenance position. They want someone who takes ownership, improves processes, and elevates treasury into a more strategic function.

• Cash management and short to medium term forecasting, integrated into longer range projections
• Administration of a structured credit facility including borrowing base activity and compliance reporting
• Lender communications and bank relationship support
• Counter party credit exposure monitoring
• Corporate credit card oversight and policy compliance
• Reporting and documentation for commodity and interest rate hedging
• Mark to market coordination and audit support
• Strengthening controls around hedge activity

• Management of property and casualty program renewals
• Policy review and coverage alignment
• Claims tracking and reporting
• Risk exposure analysis and loss control coordination

• Driving treasury process enhancements
• Building and formalizing policies and controls
• Supporting and developing treasury team members
• Contributing to broader finance and strategic initiatives

• 8 plus years of treasury or corporate finance experience
• Strong cash forecasting and liquidity management expertise
• Experience administering structured credit facilities
• Exposure to commodity or interest rate hedging
• Ownership mentality and ability to operate independently

Oil and Gas industry experience is helpful but not mandatory if the treasury foundation is strong.
