Madison Hunt is partnering with a next-generation power infrastructure platform backed by tier-one energy and infrastructure funds. The company is developing gigawatt-scale, dispatchable generation assets for AI data centers and advanced industrial loads with substantial construction pipeline and development portfolios across major U.S. ISOs.
Responsibilities:- Support private equity investments, project finance, and M&A transactions from origination to close for utility-scale power generation assets
- Structure capital solutions including equity, construction/term debt, and mezzanine financing; support negotiation of transaction agreements with institutional investors, project finance banks, and strategic partners
- Build financial models, prepare investment committee materials, and coordinate cross-functional teams through deal execution
- 2-4 years in private equity, infrastructure investing, project finance, or energy investment banking with exposure to power generation and capital markets transactions
- Strong financial modeling capabilities and experience supporting complex transactions with institutional investors and lenders
- Understanding of power markets, thermal generation economics
