Corporate Finance Manager

This role offers direct exposure to debt markets, investor communications, and board-level strategy within a sophisticated, high-performance environment.

• Partner with senior finance leadership on enterprise liquidity strategy and long-term capital deployment planning
• Evaluate financing strategies, leverage optimization, and capital market alternatives through advanced scenario modeling
• Translate complex financial data into executive-ready insights for leadership and board discussions
• Support quarterly earnings preparation, external messaging alignment, and investor-facing materials
• Build and refine long-range financial forecasts and valuation frameworks to inform strategic initiatives
• Analyze return metrics across major capital investments and enterprise initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and precision in external financial disclosures
• Lead high-visibility analytical work streams from concept through executive delivery

• 8+ years of experience within public accounting (transaction advisory/valuation), investment banking, or corporate finance
• Strong exposure to capital markets, financial modeling, and enterprise forecasting
• Experience supporting public company reporting and executive-level materials
• CPA and/or CFA preferred
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, public-company environment
