Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Financial Reporting

PV Hardware are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to ensure accurate and timely issuance of client invoices and effective management of accounts receivable, while supporting overall accounting operations, monthly closings, and financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.

• Maintain accurate financial transaction records by establishing accounts and posting transactions in compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Accounts Receivable:
• Issue customer invoices.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Accounts Payable:
• Verify supplier invoices are properly recorded in the system.
• Ensure compliance with agreed payment terms.
• Creation, capitalization, and follow-up of company fixed assets.
• Review sales tax on supplier and customer invoices.
• Participate in monthly closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile company accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support payment preparation in coordination with the Treasury Department.
• Provide general accounting support and handle ad hoc daily tasks as required.

• Degree in Economics of intermediate studies in Administration or similar.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position
• Advanced Excel user
• SAP Experience
• Knowledgeable with US GAAP standards.
