Assist the Financial Planning and Reporting Manager to provide timely and accurate financial analysis/reporting and complete quarterly/annual planning processes for the respective business unit. Assist with project capital (AFE) reporting and management. Perform ad-hoc analysis and complete special projects. Focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Analyze financial statements and investigate deviations and trends.
- Participate in the month end close and forecast/budget processes.
- Prepare and present the monthly financial performance of the business unit to leadership team.
- Create board materials and other ad-hoc requests and presentations upon request.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel in order to facilitate the timely flow.
- Coordinate, prepare and review models for capital expenditures and bid models.
- Drive continuous improvement in the group and implement efficient and effective procedures; correctly document all processes.
- Assumes other duties and responsibilities as required.
