Harmer has partnered with a PE backed company with $350MM revenue in Manufacturing industry seeking to hire for position of Finance Manager for their largest business unit.
Deep cost accounting skills required (including calculations) along with FP&A experience.

Houston surrounding area - Work Model:
Onsite
Role responsible for closing books, analyzing financial data, monitoring manufacturing costs, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
- 5-10 years' experience with emphasis on strong manufacturing background and deep cost accounting skills (including calculations)
- FP&A experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems along with understanding of cost accounting elements inside ERP systems
- Standard cost accounting experience considered a strong plus
