Key Responsibilities Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding employer-sponsored retirement accounts during key life moments Discuss and educate customers on available account options, such as 401K and IRAs, to support their retirement savings goals Deepen customer relationships with the company through effective consultation and support
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience Minimum of 1 year experience in performance/goal-oriented roles, preferably in asset growth and retention Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn new information quickly and independently Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills
