Position SummaryThe Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the firm’s financial operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives, working closely with the CFO and senior leadership. This position offers significant exposure to private fund operations, cross-functional business units, and executive-level decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a professional services environment. This role is well suited for a high-performing Analyst ready to take on increased responsibility, visibility, and ownership.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations & Reporting
- Own journal entries and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close across multiple entities and subsidiaries
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and internal reporting
- Prepare/review monthly financial statements, including P&L and balance sheets, with the CFO
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist with fund-level accounting activities, including cash movements, investor reporting, and NAV calculations
- Maintain trading activity records and support middle‑office operations
- Provide financial data for investor relations, due diligence requests, and performance reporting
- Partner with senior leadership on the launch of new investment products and initiatives
- Oversee shared services functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash collections
- Coordinate with third‑party providers (audit, tax, fund administration)
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives using Net Suite, Salesforce, and related systems
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial operations, fund accounting, audit, or financial services
- Strong general ledger accounting, reconciliation, and reporting experience
- Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
- CPA eligibility or CPA license (major plus)
- Experience with in private equity, investment management, financial services, or public accounting
- Experience with Net Suite, Salesforce, Bloomberg, or EZE OMS
- Professional, detail-oriented mindset with discretion and sound judgment
