Private Equity Associate | Generalist PE Fund | Houston, TX
I’m currently working with a highly established, generalist private equity fund looking to hire a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Houston, Texas.
This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic platform with a strong track record and real momentum. The team invests across industries, values sharp investors with strong deal instincts, and offers meaningful responsibility from day one. Associates are deeply involved in the full investment lifecycle - from evaluating opportunities and executing transactions to working alongside portfolio companies.
Qualifications:
- ~2 years of Investment Banking experience
- Strong M&A transaction experience (buy-side and/or sell-side)
- Open to candidates from any bank and any sector coverage
- Generalist background preferred; sector specialization is not required
- No debt or credit-only backgrounds
- Must have ties to Texas (Houston preferred) or a clear willingness to relocate
