We’re seeking an experienced Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in a dynamic organizational environment. This role is well suited for a hands-on accounting leader who can oversee close processes, support a team, and provide clear financial insight to leadership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For as the Controller:

• Direct month-end and quarter-end close and financial statement preparation

• Oversee daily accounting operations and team workflow

• Ensure balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and reviews

• Collaborate with leaders on budgets and financial performance tracking

• Prepare financial analyses, variance explanations, and management reports

• Evaluate and improve accounting processes and internal controls

What We’re Looking For in the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility

• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise

• Experience managing close processes and internal controls

• Effective cross-functional partnership and communication skills

• Hands-on, organized, and results-oriented leadership style
