As a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer, you will:

• Advise borrowers on the best loan programs for their goals — FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo, Non-QM, DSCR, Manufactured, Renovation, and more
• Pre-qualify, structure, and guide loans from application to clear-to-close
• Build and maintain strong referral networks with real estate agents, builders, and past clients
• Communicate proactively with clients and partners to set clear expectations
• Maintain accurate files and compliance documentation
• Represent The Texas Mortgage Pros with professionalism, integrity, and care

We welcome experienced candidates— Preferably with at least 2 years of prior experience

• Active NMLS license
• Proven production history
• Familiarity with the Texas housing and lending market

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/finance experience
• Willingness to complete the SAFE course and pass the NMLS exam

• High integrity, accountability, and a customer-first mindset
• Coachable, driven, and eager to grow
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus across many Texas markets
