- Loan Oversight: Supervise loan processing, underwriting, approvals/denials, collections, and management of repossessed assets.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to federal/state lending laws, regulations, and internal controls; coordinate with examiners and auditors.
- Member & Product Focus: Promote credit union products, cross-sell services, analyze market trends, and research new lending products.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze data, forecast trends, and report on department performance to senior management.
