WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead the commercial and financial structuring of new energy projects, shaping how deals are priced, modeled, and brought to close.
- Develop and oversee robust financial models that balance customer, investor, and company objectives.
- Translate customer requirements into compelling commercial proposals in collaboration with Sales and Development.
- Partner with capital providers to market deals and support due diligence.
- Coordinate with Legal and Contracting teams on term sheets, PPAs, EPC agreements, and other commercial documents.
- Represent the company in customer, investor, and partner discussions with clarity and confidence.
- Lead cross‑functional diligence to de‑risk projects and ensure financing readiness.
- Leading pricing and structuring strategies for new projects to ensure commercial terms are competitive and financeable.
- Developing and overseeing robust financial models that balance customer, investor, and company objectives.
- Translating customer requirements into compelling commercial proposals in collaboration with Sales and Development.
- Partnering with capital providers (e.g., lenders, investors, or financing partners) to market deals and support due diligence.
- Coordinating with Legal and Contracting teams on term sheets, PPAs, EPC agreements.
- Representing the company in customer, investor, and partner discussions with clarity and confidence.
- Leading cross‑functional diligence to de‑risk projects and ensure financing readiness.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or project‑based commercial roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, or capital‑intensive sectors.
- Exposure to project evaluation, investor engagement, or credit underwriting.
- Physical requirements:
must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment; stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; strength to lift and carry files up to 20 pounds; vision and hearing to read printed materials and communicate in person and over the telephone.
