Position: Private Client Wealth Advisor (Vice-President)

A DAY IN THE LIFE Holistic Wealth Planning
  • Designing and updating holistic wealth plans that translate each family’s goals into concrete plans and action, and reflect the family’s evolving situation
  • Partnering with investments, tax, estate, and other internal experts to build recommendations
Client Meeting Leadership
  • Preparing for and leading 1‑2 meetings per year with the client
Team Coordination, Execution, and Monitoring (Quarterbacking)
  • Acting as the primary advisory point of contact for clients, managing day‑to‑day communication and requests
  • Delegating research, modeling, and preparation work to Wealth Associates with clear instructions and feedback
  • Monitoring progress on key action items and keeping client teams on track, including leveraging the Client Service Associate to execute account changes, cash movement, and documentation
  • Ensuring internal specialists feel well‑briefed and engaged at the right depth and timing
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum

    Education Required:

    Bachelor’s degree.
  • CFP Preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience as an advisor to Affluent and HNW families and individuals, including holistic wealth planning & coordination across financial planning, investment strategy, risk management, and estate and tax planning.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available.

Technology and Application Skills
  • Fluency interpreting household balance sheets, cash flow, and planning scenarios; ability to translate client inputs into clear modeling directives for planning/analyst team members.
  • Demonstrated strength reviewing and quality‑controlling financial plan deliverables for accuracy, assumptions, and client readiness.
  • Proficiency with CRM‑driven service delivery (Salesforce preferred), including task/workflow management and data hygiene.
  • Experience with portfolio reporting and account aggregation platforms (e.g., Addepar or similar) and comfort using data to support client conversations.
