This is a full-time on-site and hybrid role for an Associate Financial Advisor at Financial Synergies Wealth Advisors in Houston, TX. The Associate Financial Advisor will be responsible for financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, and providing financial advisory services to clients. The role involves collaborating with Certified Financial Planner™ professionals, client service team, and portfolio management to deliver Total Wealth Management solutions and support our clients' needs.

• Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills

  -3 years of experience at a Financial Advisory firm, RIA, or broker/dealer
• Client service minded
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized mindset
• Certifications such as Series 65 and/or CFP® a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
