ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Hybrid after onboarding)
What You'll Do- Lead and support AR operations including billing, collections, and cash application;
- Monitor AR aging and collaborate with Sales on past-due accounts;
- Resolve complex billing and payment disputes;
- Review reconciliations, adjustments, and AR reporting (DSO, trends, cash flow);
- Coach and develop AR team members;
- Contribute to the creation, refinement, and enforcement of AR policies, procedures, and documentation;
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities;
- Partner with the Accounting Manager on operational improvements, process optimization, and system‑related initiatives.
- 4–6 years of AR experience; 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role;
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and AR workflows;
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (Net Suite, Sage Intacct, SAP, or similar);
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and collaborative leadership style;
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Revenue recognition knowledge;
- Experience with AR automation or collections tools.
