We are seeking a Finance Master Data Analyst to support the execution and maintenance of Finance master data within a structured governance framework. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, responsible for master data creation, updates, corrections, and validation while collaborating with senior master data leads and Finance stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working with data files and ERP systems, and understands how Finance master data impacts reporting, financial close, and downstream processes.

• 2‑5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Finance Systems, Data Management, or a related field
• Basic understanding of finance/accounting concepts (GL, cost centers, profit centers)
• Hands‑on experience working with Excel or similar tools (data entry, validation, reconciliation)
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to defined processes and controls
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a structured environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP FICO or Oracle Finance
• Exposure to master data objects such as chart of accounts, cost centers, and hierarchies
• Familiarity with data governance concepts and approval workflows

• Create, update, and maintain Finance master data records in ERP/MDM systems
• Prepare and manage templates, load sheets, and data files
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and standards compliance
• Execute changes following governance policies, approvals, and controls
• Support data cleanups, mass updates, and remediation efforts
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit support records
• Identify data quality issues and elevate as needed
