Curve Hospitality is seeking a high-level Controller to oversee financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and operational accounting across our growing hospitality platform.
We are a vertically integrated hospitality group specializing in procurement, interior design, and manufacturing for major hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham.
Responsibilities- Lead all accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, job costing)
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting
- Manage project-based cost accounting for FF&E and procurement
- Monitor cash flow across multi-project pipelines
- Improve ERP and reporting systems (Odoo / Monday / Custom ERP experience preferred)
- 7+ years accounting experience (hospitality or construction preferred)
- Strong job costing & WIP reporting background
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar vendor payments & deposits
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency
- CPA preferred
