Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for a Deal Coordinator to join our Markets Operations team. The successful candidate will provide white glove transaction support to a highly dynamic, successful team of brokers. Only those with a laser focus on details, thrive on deadlines and capable of managing up will succeed. We need a team player that can contribute across operational & financial functions while supporting the business to drive and grow revenue.

This role provides a unique opportunity and exposure to all aspects of the commercial real estate business and our firm. You will partner with local marketing, research, finance and HR business partners as well as work alongside our executive leadership team.

* Qualifications:

** 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a professional company environment preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (strong-above average Excel skills) & Adobe Acrobat Ability to learn new software and internal JLL platforms. General knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures with accuracy. Strong time management skills and ability to work both independently and with a team environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and present complicated information clearly.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and multiple deadlines, assigned last minute.
