Senior SBA Operations & Servicing Officer​/Manager

This role leads all SBA post‑closing, servicing, reporting, and secondary market activities. Responsibilities include 1502 reporting, E‑Tran updates, loan boarding, servicing actions, and maintaining compliance with SBA SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit monthly 1502 reports and manage remittances.
• Oversee E‑Tran updates and SBA loan number confirmation.
• Ensure accurate core system loan boarding and data integrity.
• Manage servicing activities including payment processing, deferments, modifications, and escrow monitoring.
• Maintain servicing documentation, ticklers, and borrower insurance/tax compliance.
• Support delinquency management, workouts, and guaranty purchase preparation.
• Manage secondary market sales and investor reporting.
• Ensure full SBA SOP and policy compliance and support audits/exams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in SBA 7(a) servicing/operations.
• Strong knowledge of SBA 1502 reporting, E‑Tran, and servicing SOPs.
• Experience with secondary market sales.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience with core systems and servicing workflows.
