Investment Banking Analyst (Core Infrastructure / Energy Transition)

We are currently seeking two Investment Banking Analysts to join a leading investment banking platform in Houston, Texas
, supporting either the Core Infrastructure or Energy Transition team. This is an excellent opportunity for analysts with 1–2 years of experience to deepen their sector exposure and gain hands-on transaction experience across complex, high-impact deals.

• Support execution of M&A, project finance, capital raises, and strategic advisory transactions
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, project finance, accretion/dilution)
• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation work, and industry / market research
• Assist in due diligence processes and data room management
• Coordinate with senior bankers, clients, legal counsel, and other advisors
• Support transaction execution from origination through closing

• 1–2 years of investment banking experience (Infrastructure, Energy, Power, Renewables, Industrials, or related sectors preferred)
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skill set
• Solid understanding of infrastructure assets and/or energy transition themes (power, renewables, midstream, digital infrastructure, energy services, etc.)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong deal flow and hands-on execution responsibility
