Compensation: $50K–$80K base + 10%–15% bonus + profit-share

We’re hiring a Client Service Advisor on behalf of our client—a growing wealth management firm supporting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
What you’ll do
- Own the client experience before, during, and after meetings
- Handle account openings, maintenance, transfers/rollovers, and service requests
- Coordinate with custodians and carriers; track tasks and close loops fast
- Support money movement, paperwork, and underwriting workflows
What we’re looking for
- Detail-driven, calm under pressure, and highly responsive
- Strong communication, follow-through, and an ownership mindset
- Wealth management / financial services ops experience is a plus (not required for the right learner)
Locations:
Houston, TX or Wisconsin (in-office preferred)
