Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting & Budgeting:
  Support the annual budget and rolling forecasts across departments
• Financial Modeling:
  Build and maintain models to analyze business performance and strategic initiatives
• Variance Analysis:
  Monitor and explain variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets
• Cross-functional Partnering:
  Collaborate with operations and service teams to understand business drivers
• Reporting:
  Prepare dashboards and financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 2–4 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills required; SQL and Power BI experience a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
