Sr. Tax Coordinator:
Onsite

What you’ll do:- Coordinate and track tax filings, renewals, and reporting deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage and support projects that improve tax processes, documentation, and reporting.
- Partner with the tax team to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
- Prepare tax-related reports and analyses for leadership.
- Support license and permit processes as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Business, or related field preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in tax coordination, compliance, or project management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Sales & use or general tax coordination experience, multi-jurisdictional preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting directly with executives (CFO, CEO).
- Understanding of multi-jurisdictional tax processes and reporting.
- Experience supporting tax teams with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in Avalara and Salesforce;
Power Query or Power BI experience preferred. - Organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and confident communicator.
- Exposure to high‑level leadership including the CFO and CEO.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $50,000–$60,000 base salary. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
