Sr. Tax Coordinator:
Onsite

What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate and track tax filings, renewals, and reporting deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage and support projects that improve tax processes, documentation, and reporting.
  • Partner with the tax team to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
  • Prepare tax-related reports and analyses for leadership.
  • Support license and permit processes as needed.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in tax coordination, compliance, or project management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Sales & use or general tax coordination experience, multi-jurisdictional preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting directly with executives (CFO, CEO).
  • Understanding of multi-jurisdictional tax processes and reporting.
  • Experience supporting tax teams with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in Avalara and Salesforce;
    Power Query or Power BI experience preferred.
  • Organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and confident communicator.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $50,000–$60,000 base salary. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
