Overview
I'm working with a Leading Investment Firm who are looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Houston,TX.
Responsibilities- Source and evaluate investment opportunities across multiple sectors, supporting deal origination and screening.
- Build and maintain complex financial models, valuations, and investment materials for new investments and exits.
- Lead key work streams across due diligence, coordinating with advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Support transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Work closely with portfolio companies on performance analysis, strategic initiatives, and value-creation projects.
