Investor Relations Manager

We are actively searching for an Investor Relations Manager for a high-end private equity firm. The Investor Relations Manager is an exciting and crucial role in which you will work directly with the leadership team, the deals team, and current and prospective investment partners.

• Key point of contact and liaison with investors and partners – fielding questions and requests for information.
• Provide accurate data for the performance of all funds.
• Prepare marketing and other materials for potential investors.
• Play a key role in the fundraising for new funds:
  Preparing investor materials and support the leadership team in all aspects of the fundraising.
• Implement processes to manage databases and the CRM system to manage and track all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with SEC marketing standards.
• Other ad hoc special projects and responsibilities as they arise.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Good tenure with a proven track record of upward mobility.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services / finance sector:
  We will consider Big 4 advisory, investor relations for a large publicly traded company, investment banking, equity research for an investment bank, or private equity/venture capital.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of SEC marketing rules for investor relations for private funds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy with the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
• Enthusiastic, curious, eager to grow and learn with a passion for the financial sector.

Other:
The overall compensation for this role is significantly higher than the base salary range indicated due to the robust annual bonuses that are awarded.
