RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONSCash & Liquidity Management
  • Lead daily cash positioning, short‑term investments, borrowing/repayment on credit facilities, and intercompany cash movements to meet project cash needs.
  • Own 13‑week cash flow forecasting; consolidate project cash plans (pay apps, retainage releases, change orders) into enterprise forecasts; track forecast vs. actual and drive variance actions.
  • Establish minimum cash thresholds and guidelines for placing balances at high‑quality institutions while monitoring uninsured exposures.
Banking & Payments Operations

  • Implement controls and staff training to prevent fraud.
Bank Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for banks; evaluate proposals, pricing, and technology (treasury portals, APIs, integrated payables); lead implementations and service issue resolution.
