The Director, CLO Compliance Analysis is responsible for leading global teams that deliver high-quality compliance, analytics, and client service solutions within the structured finance space. This role combines technical expertise, operational leadership, and talent development to ensure exceptional client outcomes and sustainable team performance.
What You ll Be Doing- Lead global teams in the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of structured finance and CLO compliance models.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for clients, resolving highly complex issues and responding to inquiries from senior-level and key client stakeholders.
- Ensure analytical outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute resource location and staffing strategies that optimize quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness across global teams.
- Establish, implement, and manage service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring that procedures, workflows, and internal controls align with defined service standards.
- Drive process efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the group.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing professionals, with a strong focus on long-term individual contribution and career growth.
- Foster a collaborative culture that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development planning to build a resilient and scalable team.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to working collaboratively with all team members while also operating independently as required.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as discussed and agreed upon during the term of employment, consistent with the scope and level of the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in structured finance and CLO compliance, with deep expertise in CLO documentation, compliance testing, and complex analytical frameworks.
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing, globally distributed teams, with a strong track record of talent development and succession planning.
- Advanced analytical and technical skills, including hands-on experience with CLO compliance models, cash flow modeling, and related financial systems and tools.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and market practices impacting CLOs and structured finance vehicles.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a senior escalation point, confidently engaging with and advising senior client stakeholders on complex and sensitive matters.
- Exceptional operational and organizational skills, with experience designing and managing SLAs, workflows, and internal controls in a client-facing environment.
