Ekspert Counsel is seeking a talented Finance Attorney in Houston, TX to join the the Corporate Finance Practice at one of Texas's premier law firms. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
The associate will support a dynamic finance practice handling a broad range of corporate and real estate finance matters. While real estate lending experience is preferred, it is not required for candidates with strong finance fundamentals and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance and/or real estate finance.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
