Senior Tax Accountant

Description

We are in search of a dedicated Tax Senior to join our client's corporate team. in Greater Houston. The position is permanent, offering an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced and dynamic field of corporate taxation.

Responsibilities:

+ Completing corporate tax returns

+ Assuring compliance with federal, state and local tax laws and regulations

+ Conducting research and planning according to applicable tax laws and regulations

+ Minimizing tax liability through sound and informed application of laws and regulations

+ Leverage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for effective tax management

+ Display proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

Requirements

+ 5+ years' experience in Tax

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting

+ CPA or MBA preferred

+ Prior public accounting experience preferred

+ Demonstrable skills in Compliance procedures

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
