Senior Tax Analyst

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns, including sales tax returns
• Compile schedules for quarterly and annual tax provision calculations
• Manage tax payments and respond to tax notices from authorities
• Support federal and state tax audits
• Collaborate with third-party providers for property tax filings
• Conduct research on evolving tax regulations
• Liaise with partners on tax-related matters, including K-1 returns
• Work closely with internal teams, external auditors, and tax authorities to resolve issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tax analysis or a related field
• Experience with corporate tax returns and compliance
• Prior public accounting experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
