Vacancy for Finance and Accounting ExperienceLe Chéile Mentoring is seeking a qualified accountant to join the Board of Directors with a focus on financial management and accounting. This role is actively involved in the organisation’s financial governance and strategic direction, taking a leading role on finance matters. The role will be shadowing our current Finance subcommittee Chair with the intention of assuming the Chair position in Summer/ Autumn 2026.
Role Description Includes- Providing expertise and advice on all matters relating to finance and advise the Board of financial implications of any decisions.
- Reviewing management accounts and raising any issues, questions or concerns.
- Have a deep insight into all financial policies, accounting procedures and controls.
- Provide efficient and effective strategic leadership of Le Chéile Mentoring.
- Uphold and work towards the vision, mission, values and objectives of Le Chéile Mentoring.
- Oversee governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
