My client is excited to announce a newly created Controller role to support the executive team in managing complex financial operations across 25–50 entities. What You’ll Do- Oversee financial operations for multiple entities, including construction and investment portfolios.
- Manage transactions in Quick Books
, cost reporting, and construction draws. - Collaborate with outsourced AP/AR teams and internal bookkeeper for seamless operations.
- Provide detailed reporting and assist with fund allocation across entities.
- Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic insights.
- 2–5 years of accounting or financial management experience.
- Proficiency in Quick Books and construction finance tools.
- Experience in family office environments and multi-entity reporting.
- Strong understanding of construction draws, loan banking servicing, and investment positions.
- Construction industry experience.
- Multi-unit operations and investment portfolio management.
Employment Type: Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire (3–6 months)
