My client is excited to announce a newly created Controller role to support the executive team in managing complex financial operations across 25–50 entities. • Oversee financial operations for multiple entities, including construction and investment portfolios.
• Manage transactions in Quick Books
  , cost reporting, and construction draws.
• Collaborate with outsourced AP/AR teams and internal bookkeeper for seamless operations.
• Provide detailed reporting and assist with fund allocation across entities.
• Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic insights.

• 2–5 years of accounting or financial management experience.
• Proficiency in Quick Books and construction finance tools.
• Experience in family office environments and multi-entity reporting.
• Strong understanding of construction draws, loan banking servicing, and investment positions.

• Construction industry experience.
• Multi-unit operations and investment portfolio management.
