Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations for the North American region, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead preparation of monthly financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) and supplemental reporting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Manage accounts receivable processes including collections, credit management, and cash application
• Manage accounts payable operations including vendor invoice processing and payment scheduling
• Ensure timely and accurate payments while optimizing cash flow and working capital
• Support Global Treasury with cash forecasting support
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and corporate policies
• Lead audits and regulatory reporting
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team across accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting functions
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Support the value creation office to drive automation, process improvements and finance transformation to further drive efficiencies and cost savings

You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management preferred
• 5+ years of managerial experience preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX
• Experience in global manufacturing preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficency in Excel and all Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency in SAP preferred
• Proficiency in One Stream preferred
