We are currently seeking a Sr. Card Services Representative for our Card Services department, located at our Copperfield headquarters.
ResponsibilitiesThe qualified candidate helps to assist members with card services questions regarding their accounts, processes approved applications, settlement files, disputes and fraud cases. Other responsibilities include monitoring fraudulent card reports and conducting necessary research to resolve errors, process approved card applications, chargebacks, card renewal files, card orders and ITM/ATM disputes as necessary.
QualificationsThis candidate will have a minimum of three years of banking, financial or other card services experience.
