Senior Finance Analyst

Job Description:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial background in project management, sales, or a similar function.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Financial controlling in project-based environments.
• Forecasting, reporting, and cost recognition.
• Working with cross-functional teams such as project management, supply chain, sales, operations, and finance.

• Perform project financial controlling, including cost recognition, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support commercial project managers with financial insights and analysis.
• Drive standardized ways of working, including WBS harmonization and portfolio reporting.
• Lead and support digitalization initiatives for financial reporting and controlling.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and timely financial reporting and accurate forecasting.
• Act as the interface between project teams and controlling.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support project success and client satisfaction.

• Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent.

• Financial analysis and reporting.
• Forecasting and cost control.
• Process standardization and digital tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
