Senior Tax Analyst

Tax Senior Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, review, analysis, and consolidation of global tax provisions for quarterly and annual financials.
• Prepare worldwide tax account reconciliations and roll‑forward analysis.
• Prepare financial statement disclosures and footnotes for interim and annual filings.
• Assist with compliance with SOX control requirements, ensuring proper documentation.
• Research and document complex tax and accounting issues.
• Prepare modeling for tax planning strategies.
• 50/50 split between group and individual work.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
• 3‑5 years of corporate tax accounting experience, either in‑house with multinational corporations or with multinational accounting firms (e.g., a Big
  4).
• Familiarity with ASC 740 and background in international and/or U.S. taxes; CPA highly preferred.
• Proficiency with software:
  Corptax, One Source, Power Query, Power Automate, Robotics.
• Excel proficiency.
• Bilingual.
