• Lead and manage the day‑to‑day finance function
• Oversee the month‑end close process, ensuring accurate and timely management accounts
• Prepare and review management reporting, providing meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior finance stakeholders
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external parties, including auditors
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and reporting

• Strong background in management culinary and month‑end close
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to operate confidently in a deadline‑driven environment
