Key Responsibilities- Review complex individual tax returns, planning and advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
- Co‑operate with specialists in International tax, state and local tax, and asset management to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of tax professionals, review work, and ensure they have the knowledge, tools and opportunities to excel.
- Performing high quality review of complex tax returns.
- Extensive knowledge handling hedge fund and private‑equity K‑1s.
- Researching tax issues to develop effective planning strategies and translate data into client‑ready insights.
- Building long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs.
- Maintaining a reputation by continually updating and sharing technical and best‑practice knowledge.
- Identifying and reacting to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting with significant tax or financial planning experience.
- CPA license
Disconnected or a licensed attorney required. - Minimum of 8 years of work experience in professional services or a professional tax organization.
- Thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning.
- Experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax.
- Excellent collaboration, negotiation skills, and confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders.
- Understanding of automated tax processing systems and relevant laws.
- Proven record
Composable in high‑net‑worth tax planning. - Proven record in a professional services environment.
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
- The ability to adapt work style to collaborate with both internal and client teams.

SalaryThe salary range for this role in the U.S. is 120/‑hr to 150/‑hr, determined by education, experience, skills and geography.
