Platform looking for an Associate who will play a critical role on the investment team, which is integral to the success of the firm. The Associate will help drive the identification, evaluation, execution, and management of investment opportunities across a variety of sectors. In this role, the Associate must leverage strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise to support strategic investment decisions.
He or she will operate in a hands‑on manner, collaborating closely with senior team members to ensure thorough due diligence and effective portfolio management. This individual must be intellectually curious and a motivated self‑starter, problem‑solver, and collaborator who enjoys challenges and varied responsibilities.
- Conduct extensive financial, business, and industry diligence for potential investment opportunities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support investment decisions and valuations
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, diligence, and other third‑party advisors as well as lenders and other professionals during the execution of transactions to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Prepare and effectively present comprehensive investment memoranda and other presentations to the firm and other stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of portfolio companies, identify areas for improvement, and work with management teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Assist with identifying and sourcing investment opportunities through networking, industry research, and attending relevant conferences and events, where appropriate
- Actively engage with portfolio company leadership as a partner to help grow their business
- Assist the firm in continuously improving by bringing a growth mindset to the role
- Experience:
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity investing preferred, with a proven track record of successful deal execution
- Analytical
Skills: - Exceptional intellect and analytical ability with strong and proven financial modeling and valuation skills
- Ability to conduct in‑depth financial analysis and interpret complex data to support investment decisions
- Communication
Skills: - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively articulate investment theses and present findings to senior team members and other stakeholders
- Investment Evaluation:
- Ability to quickly evaluate potential investments, including conducting thorough due diligence, market research, and competitive analyses
- Ability to effectively engage with colleagues, leadership teams, intermediaries, and third parties
- Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels of an organization

- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion independently
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously
