What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with financial advisors to design complex wealth strategies and deliver tailored recommendations
  • Collaborate with specialists in wealth, tax, trust, and investment to create client‑centric solutions
  • Develop marketing strategies and collateral to drive new business growth and enhance advisor capabilities
  • Coordinate with operational teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience
  • Deliver training on wealth planning and private client solutions to enhance advisor proficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of consulting, portfolio, or sales experience in investment management and trust services
  • Ability to travel 50% - 70% as required
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 at the time of application
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience with complex investment and estate planning tailored to high-net-worth clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous sales experience through an intermediary or financial advisor channel
  • CFA, CIMA, CTFA, ChFC, or CFP designations
  • Proven track record of developing successful wealth strategies
