POSITION SUMMARY:
The Grants and Compliance Analyst will assist the Grants and Compliance Manager with the grant’s full lifecycle from beginning to end. This process starts before funds have been received and continues after the award has been dispensed and the project is put in place. The grant lifecycle continuously evolves, with each stage of the lifecycle having its own set of tasks and requirements.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:Education/
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in accounting, finance, or business in a closely related field; a master’s degree in business administration or accounting is strongly preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience, including general ledger accounting principles and practices
- 2+ years of grant compliance experience
- Non-profit experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.

- Thorough working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for government and non-profit experience
