Our client is a boutique, independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families with a long-term, relationship-driven approach to wealth management. The firm specializes in multigenerational wealth planning, delivering customized solutions across investment management, financial planning, risk management, estate coordination, and alternative investment strategies.

About the Role

The Client Service Advisor plays a critical role in supporting Wealth Advisors and ensuring a high-touch, white-glove client experience. This position is responsible for client servicing, account administration, and operational execution across advisory, planning, and insurance solutions in a fast-paced fiduciary environment.

Responsibilities
  • Client Meeting & Relationship Support
    • Schedule, prepare for, and support client review meetings
    • Initiate and field client service calls, serving as a primary point of contact
    • Assist clients with login access and platform navigation
  • Account & Onboarding Support
    • Prepare and process onboarding paperwork for Advisory accounts, Insurance and annuity policies
    • Coordinate with custodians, carriers, and internal teams to complete client service requests
    • Supervise and track underwriting processes for new insurance policies in collaboration with firm resources
  • Account Maintenance & Transactions
    • Maintain accurate client account information across custodial and internal systems
    • Update account features, including options, margin, check writing, debit cards, eDelivery, and view-only access
    • Update beneficiaries, POAs, and DPOAs
    • Assist with account transfers and rollovers, including asset transferability review
    • Initiate and track asset and money movements (journals, EFTs, ACATs, wires, charitable gifting, DTCs, check withdrawals)
    • Monitor custodian alerts and resolve issues
    • Ensure agreements and questionnaires remain current
  • Documentation & Workflow Management
    • Utilize the firm’s paperless filing system
    • Document and process activity within the firm’s CRM (Salesforce)
    • Monitor open tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion
    • Troubleshoot client service-related issues
    • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in client service, operations, or advisor support within an RIA or wealth management firm
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth and multigenerational client relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM systems;
    Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first, fiduciary mindset

Compensation is comprised of base, bonus and profit sharing.
