Mid-Level Associate – Investment Funds

Salary

Base pay range $260,000 – $390,000 per year. Performance bonuses and benefits additional.

We Are Legal Revolution is a national legal services firm. This position is a Mid‑Level Associate in Investment Funds (Fund Formation & Structuring) within our Houston practice, supporting private equity sponsors in forming, structuring, and operating investment funds.

• Collaborate with senior partners across the US and Houston to structure and launch private investment funds.
• Advise on regulatory frameworks, compliance, and investor negotiations.
• Coordinate with corporate, tax, and regulatory teams to deliver complete service.

• 2–4 years post‑qualification experience in fund formation, structuring, or regulatory matters.
• JD with strong academic background.
• Texas Bar membership (or eligibility to waive).
• Experience advising private equity sponsors preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
