Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Houston, TX, for a Financial Advisor. The Financial Advisor will engage with clients to provide tailored financial planning services, including retirement planning, investment strategies, and financial advisory support. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, analyzing financial needs, executing financial strategies, and offering informed guidance to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. Building lasting client relationships and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of financial markets are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Financial Planning with expertise in creating customized financial roadmaps
  • Strong understanding of Finance, including budgeting and asset management
  • Experience in Retirement Planning and Investments, with a demonstrated ability to meet diverse client needs
  • Competence in Financial Advisory, offering expert insights and strategic solutions
  • Exceptional communication, client relationship management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP®, ChFC®, or other financial planning designations are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
