• Provide leverage to the Senior Banker on daily client priorities
• Support the Senior Banker during the sales process and ongoing client management, including reviewing and building pitch books, coordinating information, communicating with clients, and executing on client needs
• Assist the Senior Banker with client hierarchy and pipeline management
• Help sell investments, banking and trust services such as asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, basic trust and estate products, and identifying wealth‑planning opportunities

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Series 7 & 66 licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
• Sales/origination experience
• Coachable professional with good business acumen

• MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to multi‑task and manage priorities effectively
• Ability to learn proprietary software and databases, including wealth‑planning software (e.g., Planning Station, WA models, MAPS/CHART)
