Relationship Manager, Middle Market Credit
A top-performing commercial bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for their well-established Middle-Market team. This candidate will be located in the Houston, TX office.
This role is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of middle‑market and large business clients, delivering customized financial solutions to support their growth, operations, and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities- Middle‑Market focused:
Loans between $5 million -$20 million - Work in collaboration with credit risk and underwriting teams.
- Originate, structure, and manage complex commercial credit facilities and specialized financing.
- Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
This bank is in “Growth Mode” and has been expanding its presence in Texas.
Experience- 10+ years of progressive experience in banking, lending, or financial services.
- Strong credit background.
- Track record of business development, growing and managing commercial portfolios, and closing complex credit transactions.
