A Real Estate powerhouse AmLaw firm is seeking a mid-level associate (3-6 years) to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Group
.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex real estate finance transactions
, including loan originations for large structured deals
, mezzanine loans
, preferred equity
, and asset management and workout matters
. Experience to run transactions on behalf of borrowers and lenders from inception through closing is highly valued.
