• Lead and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to support strategic decision‑making.
• Integrate newly acquired businesses and establish scalable systems and controls.
• Drive process improvements to meet the rigor of a PE‑backed environment and upcoming exit.

• Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader within a construction or construction‑services company.
• Track record in a private‑equity environment, ideally through growth and transaction/exit events.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and hands‑on leadership style.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, acquisition‑driven organization.
